Following the successful inauguration of the Naropa sponsored 10 TRAITS Academy Women’s Leadership Intensive, we have now created professional and personal development curriculum that offers you daily, measurable success. It will be offered as a 30-Day program that includes one week onsite, four weeks online, and final weekend onsite. The power of this program is its universal application. It can be applied to any field or any endeavor that you choose including: personal or professional development, relationship building, conflict resolution, and team building, as well as the environment, government, education, entrepreneurship, and leadership. This unique certificate program will be personally taught by United Nations Virtual Mentor, Alexia Parks, the Founder and CEO of the 10 TRAITS Academy. The program includes on-site, one-on-one training, followed by four weeks of online interaction with mentor-leaders, participants, and inspirational speakers. It combines classroom time with and online instruction. Daily practical exercises for application at home and in the workplace with guaranteed success. The program concludes with a three-day onsite review of your progress, and daily group and private consultations with mentor leaders.
